S2 Yoga Flow
Yoga Experienceis Recommended - This can rock you. Or you can take it easy even if postures are cued. Done mostly in our heated to 95 degrees but on occasion you will find it in a non-heated studio of 78 degrees. Check the schedule it will indicate. This class will move swiftly through basic to intermediate yoga postures. You will carefully link breath and movement to create a “vinyasa flow,” which builds physical and mental strength and flexibility. You will also experience static hold of poses to not only build stamina and strength, but will power, discipline and courage to not give up. You will be encouraged to take safe modifications and variations of poses as your body allows on that day.
